For over twenty years, we have been dedicated to generating added value through desirable properties. We have developed, designed, marketed, and operated these properties.
Roman Diehl – After completing his degree in Business Administration, Roman spent most of his career in senior strategy and marketing roles at companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, TUI and, above all, BMW, where he played a key role in developing BMW Welt as Marketing Director.
As a board member of International Campus AG, he was responsible for the concept and marketing of the student co-living brand The Fizz.
Since then, he has focused on the development and commercialization of innovative real estate concepts, primarily in the residential sector.

Gregor Wöltje – Gregor studied architecture and went on to build one of Germany’s most successful advertising agencies, working with clients such as E.ON, Levi’s and Deutsche Bank.
After selling the agency, he spent ten years as a management consultant specializing in sustainability.
Today, he brings together his expertise in architecture, sustainability and communication to launch unconventional and forward-thinking real estate projects.
